Judge Elinore Marsh Stormer was elected Judge, Summit County Court of Common Pleas, in 2004.  In 2007, 2008 and again in 2009, Judge Stormer’s peers elected her as Administrative Judge.  In this position, Judge Stormer was responsible for 157 employees and a budget of $13 million.
